I haven't read Chapter D at all. Working on it. I'm studying the PTO terrain rules carefully since there is a lot going on there, especially with the rice paddies.
I suppose the best way to learn the game really is to dive right in and force myself to read all this stuff...it's great fun, actually, like learning a new language. I did finish chapter A and am working on a few "articles," really learning exercises for myself.
